Explains the site's role, limits of the direct service relationship, and safety steps when viewing independent practitioner profiles.
DIRECT CONTRACT
Booking, price, payment, cancellation, service scope, venue, and the session are agreed directly between practitioner and client. bulenttherapy is not a party to that agreement and does not collect the practitioner's fee.
LIMITS OF PROFILE AND CREDENTIAL REVIEW
Review of a submitted credential before listing is not public-authority licensing, a criminal-record check, continuous supervision, or a guarantee of safety or outcome. Before a service, clients should ask the practitioner directly about identity, current credentials, scope, and conditions.
FOUNDING-PROFILE TRANSPARENCY
The first 10 suitable founding profiles are listed free for 60 days and shown separately from the core network. A founding profile is not Bülent Ece's personal reference or a guarantee of service results. Paid continuation can begin only with fresh express acceptance.
SAFER APPOINTMENTS
Discuss the scope, touch boundaries, price, duration, cancellation, and venue clearly before the first appointment. End the meeting or session if you feel unsafe. In an emergency or where a crime is suspected, call 112 and law enforcement.
HEALTHCARE BOUNDARY
The directory is not a medical diagnosis or treatment service. A listed person should not be treated as a healthcare professional unless they separately disclose a legally recognised healthcare title and authority. For emergencies or rapidly worsening symptoms, call 112 or seek appropriate healthcare.
COMPLAINTS AND PROFILE ACTION
Reports of misleading information, safety risks, harassment, violence, theft, discrimination, or boundary violations may be sent to bulenttherapy@gmail.com. The site may hide a profile as a precaution, request information, or end membership. The site is not a law-enforcement or dispute-resolution authority.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Each practitioner remains responsible under applicable law for their acts, omissions, and services. This notice does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and does not restrict a client's right to contact consumer authorities, law enforcement, prosecutors, or courts.
