01SERVICE & INFORMATION REQUEST
Data processed: Full name, phone number, email address, preferred city, and selected service.
Purpose: To record and respond to the request, provide current service and fee information, manage appointment communication, and prevent misuse.
Notification: Contact and service-request details are delivered as a notification to the email account used only by the authorised administrator so the request can be answered promptly.
Method and legal grounds: Data is collected electronically when you submit the form. Processing relies on steps requested before a possible service contract and the controller's legitimate interests.
Retention: Unless a legal obligation or continuing contract requires longer retention, records are deleted or anonymised within 12 months.
02EXPERTISE-GUIDE ENQUIRY
Data processed: Full name, phone, email, city, and selected general-information topic.
Purpose: To respond with general information about professional fields without promoting a specific person or healthcare facility.
Health data: The form does not request a diagnosis, report, imaging result, or other health data. Please do not submit such information.
Method, legal grounds, and retention: Data is collected directly through the form and processed under legitimate interests for replying to your request. It is deleted or anonymised within 12 months unless legally required otherwise.
03PRACTITIONER PRE-APPLICATION
Data processed in the first stage: Full name, phone, email, city/district, and an optional short professional summary. No card or payment information is collected for the founding-profile expression of interest.
Purpose: To receive requests for the first 10 founding profiles with 60 days of free visibility, respond about eligibility, and request credentials and publication permission only at a second stage from people who pass the preliminary review.
Application, acceptance, and continuation: Submission does not guarantee publication. There is no payment, stored card, or automatic renewal during the founding-profile period. Paid continuation after 60 days is possible only through a separate written offer and explicit acceptance; otherwise the profile is removed.
Method and legal grounds: Data is collected directly through the form. Application and credential data is processed for steps requested before a possible contract and legitimate interests in operating a reliable directory. Versioned, time-stamped acceptance records are processed for the establishment, exercise, or protection of legal rights.
Document security and notification: Any credential requested at the second stage is not public, is stored in private file storage, and is reviewed only by the authorised administrator. Credential copies are not published on profile pages.
Publication: Contact or profile information is not published without separate, specific publication permission following the preliminary review.
Retention: Applications that are not approved or do not become memberships are deleted or anonymised within 24 months unless legal retention or an ongoing dispute requires otherwise. Contract and acceptance records for an approved membership may be retained for the membership and the applicable limitation period, up to 10 years after it ends.
04VERIFIED CLIENT REVIEW
Data processed: The first name to be published, sport or occupation category, therapist, service, star rating, review text, consent timestamp, and the creation/use record of the one-time invitation. The surname is not published.
Purpose: To verify that a review relates to a recorded membership and completed session, prevent fake or duplicate submissions, publish approved feedback, and manage removal requests.
Method and legal grounds: Data is collected directly from you through a one-use link that remains valid for seven days after the session. Public publication relies on the explicit consent you provide in the form. Limited invitation-security records are retained under legitimate interests to prevent misuse.
Health data: The review field is not intended for diagnoses, reports, medication details, or other detailed health data. Please do not include such information.
Publication and retention: Only your first name is shown publicly; neither your surname nor its initial is displayed. A published review may remain visible until consent is withdrawn or another valid removal reason applies. Expired invitations and unpublished records are deleted or anonymised within 12 months unless legal retention is required.
05LIVE SUPPORT CONVERSATION
Data processed: Name, email address, support-message content, conversation status and timestamps, and an irreversible hash of the random session key used to restrict conversation access to the same browser.
Purpose: To deliver your question to the authorised support administrator, continue the conversation, notify the administrator by email, maintain support quality, and prevent misuse.
Support identity and notification: Replies appear under the service identity “Lara | bulenttherapy Support” and are written on behalf of the bulenttherapy support team by an authorised administrator. A new visitor message is notified only to the authorised administrator's email account with a secure reply-screen link.
Health data: Live support is not a diagnostic or health-data collection channel. Do not share diagnoses, test results, reports, images, medication details, or other detailed health information.
Method, legal grounds, and retention: Data is collected electronically from you and processed under legitimate interests to respond and provide secure support. Unless a legal obligation or ongoing dispute requires otherwise, conversation records are deleted or anonymised within 12 months.
06OPTIONAL ANALYTICS MEASUREMENT
Data processed: Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement may process the visited page, page title, referring source, approximate location, browser/device type, page views, and contact actions such as WhatsApp-link clicks only after you make an affirmative choice. Information typed into service, support, or application forms is not sent to these measurement tools.
Purpose: To understand, through aggregate statistics, which pages are found and used; identify technical or performance issues; improve content and the mobile experience; and measure whether advertising contributes to contact requests.
Method and legal grounds: The Google tag loads on the first visit in a restricted mode with all storage permissions denied; page views and contact actions are measured only after you select “Accept”. This measurement relies on your explicit consent. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalisation, and Google Signals remain disabled. Your choice is stored locally on your device and can be changed at any time with the “Privacy preference” button.
Provider and transfers: The analytics service is supplied through Google Ireland Limited and related Google infrastructure. Any transfer abroad is subject to Article 9 of Türkiye's data protection law and applicable safeguards.
Retention: Event-level retention in the Analytics property is limited to two months; aggregate reports without direct identity details may remain available for longer. The preference stored in your browser remains until you change it or clear browser data.
