Core declarations, professional boundaries, and safety rules for an independent practitioner applying to publish a profile in the bulenttherapy directory.
Submission does not mean that the request is accepted or a profile will be published. The first 10 suitable founding profiles are listed free for 60 days only after second-stage credential review, written approval, and publication permission. No card details or automatic paid renewal are used; continued listing requires fresh express acceptance.
These terms govern an expression of interest in the Founding 10 Profiles program in the second category of the bulenttherapy directory. Submission does not mean that the request is accepted, a profile will be published, or a paid membership is formed. A founding profile is listed free for 60 days only after second-stage credential review, written approval, and specific profile-publication permission.
A listed practitioner acts independently, in their own name and for their own account. The relationship does not create employment, partnership, agency, representation, franchise, or membership of the bulenttherapy core team.
bulenttherapy provides paid listing space, profile display, and contact links. It does not schedule or supervise sessions, set session fees, collect the service fee, or enter into appointments or service contracts on behalf of a practitioner.
Communication, booking, scope, price, payment, cancellation, invoicing, venue, and performance of a session are agreed directly between practitioner and client.
The applicant declares that they are at least 18, the identity and contact details belong to them, submitted documents are authentic, current, and their own, and they hold the education, credentials, permissions, and competence required for their activity.
The applicant is responsible for keeping profile information accurate, avoiding healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, or cure claims beyond their lawful authority, and meeting applicable tax, invoicing, insurance, premises, and other legal duties. Changes to credentials, authority, or contact details must be reported promptly.
A member must respect the client's express boundaries, privacy, and bodily integrity; explain the proposed work and obtain the required agreement; follow hygiene and safety rules; and decline requests outside their competence.
Harassment, sexual conduct or suggestions, non-consensual contact, violence, threats, discrimination, theft, fraud, covert recording, unauthorised disclosure of personal data, providing services while impaired, and any other unlawful or unethical conduct are strictly prohibited.
The practitioner agrees the scope, price, duration, cancellation conditions, and venue directly with each client. The practitioner is responsible for collection, fiscal documents, consumer requests arising from their service, and their own service records.
A practitioner may not make commitments on behalf of bulenttherapy or Bülent Ece, or present themselves as an employee, partner, representative, healthcare-facility staff member, or core-network member.
Credential review is a review of the file and information submitted at application against listing criteria. It is not public-authority approval, a criminal-record check, official licensing, continuous supervision, or a guarantee of competence, safety, or outcome.
bulenttherapy may request additional documents or explanations and may reject an application. A false, misleading, expired, or third-party credential results in rejection or immediate removal.
The first 10 suitable founding profiles are listed free for 60 days after credential review and specific publication permission. No card or payment details are collected with the interest form and there is no automatic paid renewal. Before the 60-day period ends, profile owners who wish to continue receive the then-current terms in writing; no paid period begins without fresh express acceptance.
Free or paid profile visibility does not guarantee clients, bookings, income, or search ranking. A founding profile does not mean that bulenttherapy or Bülent Ece guarantees professional quality or service outcomes, or that the practitioner joins the core network.
Where a report raises a safety, illegality, misleading-information, or professional-boundary concern, bulenttherapy may hide the profile as a precaution, request information, or end the membership. The practitioner agrees to cooperate reasonably with a review.
In an emergency or where a crime is suspected, the relevant person should contact 112 and law enforcement. bulenttherapy is not a law-enforcement, healthcare, or dispute-resolution authority, but may respond to valid legal requests and share records with authorised authorities.
The practitioner remains responsible under applicable law for their acts and omissions, services, staff or assistants, collections, tax and document duties, and the accuracy of profile statements.
If the practitioner's unlawful conduct or breach causes bulenttherapy or Bülent Ece to face a cost, claim, or loss, rights of recourse are reserved to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or prevents consumers or injured persons from applying to competent authorities.
Application data, the credential file, and acceptance records are processed for the purposes and periods explained in the practitioner-application privacy notice. A profile photograph, phone, email, and promotional information are published only under separate, specific publication permission after approval.
Electronic acceptance is recorded with the applicant's name, email address, terms version, and acceptance time. Before submitting, the applicant confirms that the terms were available to read, questions could be submitted, and the consequences of the declarations were understood.
If these terms change, a new version will be notified before it applies to a continuing profile and renewed acceptance will be obtained where required. Paid continuation after the founding period always requires fresh express acceptance.
